Dr. Jafari has become a trusted dentist near Moon Valley since establishing his private practice in 2005. With a passion for cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Jafari specializes in lifelike restorations that enhance his patients' smiles and confidence. Known for his gentle approach and use of cutting-edge technology, he ensures every visit is as comfortable as possible.
A native of the Valley of the Sun, Dr. Jafari earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Arizona State University before graduating with honors from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He was recognized for his excellence in endodontics and served as a clinical instructor post-graduation. Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Jafari completes over 50 continuing education credits annually to stay on top of the latest advancements in dentistry.
Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his wife, two children, and their beloved dog.
Dr. Sierra Ferreira –
Dr. Ferreira brings her dedication to exceptional patient care and genuine compassion to our dental office near Moon Valley. She takes the time to understand each patient’s unique concerns and goals, striving to help them achieve their ideal smiles in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Dr. Ferreira earned her undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry. She then pursued her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her accolades include the Dr. William S. Kramer Award of Excellence and the American College of Prosthodontics Outstanding Undergraduate Achievement Award, among others.
When she’s not making people smile, Dr. Ferreira enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and their two rescue dogs, Frank and Yoda. A former NCAA Division 1 soccer team captain, she remains passionate about sports and fitness.
Dr. Reema Patel –
Dr. Patel has always been driven by a deep desire to help others, making dentistry the perfect career path. Combining her lifelong passions for science and art, she uses her technical skills and creative eye to transform smiles, helping her patients regain confidence and improve their overall quality of life. Dr. Patel is committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients while delivering the highest quality dental care.
Dr. Patel began her academic journey at the University of Arizona before earning her Master's degree in Biomedical Research and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale. She stays current with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and is an active member of both the Arizona Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Patel enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new places. A lifelong Arizona resident, she loves relaxing with her family dog, Chico, and embracing the comforts of home.

Our dental office is located at 702 E Bell Road #118 in Phoenix. From Moon Valley, you will head west on E Seminole Drive before turning left onto N Hana Maui Drive. Once you turn left onto E Moon Valley Drive, you will turn right onto E Country Gables Drive. Turning left onto N 7th Street, you will follow the road for just over one mile before passing MidFirst Bank and taking a left. You will then arrive at our dental office on the right, which is across from Homes by Towne of Arizona.
